We host over 60 races annually, so results and photos are posted individually for each event on Runsignup

To find your race results:

1. Open your race confirmation email and click the event graphic — this will take you directly to the race page.
    
2. From the drop-down menu, select “Results or Photos"
    
3. Results are posted live and are easy to access there.
    

For race photos:

• Once our photographer sends us the images, we’ll upload them to the same race page.
   
• If you don’t see photos yet, it simply means we haven’t received them.
   
• Keep checking back, and we’ll also send out an email notification once both results and photos are available.

We get it — plans change! While CaliFlow Runs does not offer refunds (all participants agree to this policy during registration), we do offer flexibility to make sure you don’t miss out on your race experience.

1. Transfer Your Entry to any upcoming Califlow Runs Event ✅
   
   • You may transfer your registration to any upcoming CaliFlow Runs event.
   • Visit CaliFlowRuns.com → Upcoming Races.
   • Choose your new event, then send us a message with:
     
     • The name of the race (not the date).
     • Please include the distance. for upgrades in distance you will need to pay the difference.
     • Some of our races come with shirts (Huntington Beach) for events with shirts you will need to pay the upgraded price for the event. 

Yes! Every participant receives a finisher medal the moment they cross the finish line—no matter the distance, pace, or place. We celebrate every runner.

YES!! The top 3 males and females in each distance. They will receive a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place medal.  

Age group divisions are done in 10 year spans. If you win your age group you may ask for your medal at the results kiosk

We do not mail medals. Please visit upcoming events and choose one that you will stop by and pick up your medal. Email us to let us know you are coming and we will bring your medal. 

What to do if you do not live locally. We will create a special certificate for you to download

Yes, all of our events are along the beachfront and in parks. You will find public restrooms near the start and all along the course. 

Yes! We always offer same-day registration at the event, as long as the race isn’t sold out.

You can register right at the check-in table ( Race Ready Athletic Tents ) on race morning — it’s quick and easy! Our staff will help you select your distance, get you signed up, and assign your bib on the spot.

Registration opens at 6:00 AM before the first race start, so we recommend arriving early to avoid lines and ensure you’re ready to run.

If a race reaches capacity, we’ll mark it as SOLD OUT on our website and close registration — otherwise, you’re always welcome to join us on race day!

Yes,  you can safely store your items at the Race Ready Tents when picking up your bib (race number) please bring your own bag for storage.

Yes, but we do ask that strollers line up to the side and near the back at the starting line to avoid congestion.

This is a no-refund event. All participants must acknowledge and accept this policy before completing registration. No refunds will be issued for any reason — including weather, illness, injury, acts of God, travel delays, or scheduling conflicts.
 

We strongly encourage purchasing FanShield Registration Protection at checkout. FanShield may cover qualifying issues such as illness, medical emergencies, or flight cancellations.

While we don’t offer refunds, we do allow one-time transfers to a future CaliFlow Runs event.

Simple answer: you get wet. These are rain or shine events and we will not cancel a race unless directed to do so by the city..

Our events are located in areas that have plenty of parking. It is typically steps aways from the start and finish line.

If we have a scheduled location for bib pick up it will be advetised on the event page with a location, date and time. Race Day Check- In/Bib Pick Up is always available on race day. Just head to the "Race Ready Athletics" tents to pick up at the check in time posted on the main event page. 

Absolutely! CaliFlow Runs welcomes all runners, walkers, and strollers. CaliFlow is an all-inclusive race. Runners, Walkers, Jogger, Yoggers are ALL WELCOME

If they're in a stroller, no. If they're running, yes—they need to be registered.

Have NO Fear! our courses are well-marked with a variety of methods so you don't miss the turnaround point. You do need to be paying attention to where you are running. 

Only registered runners can pace. Bandits (unregistered runners) will be removed from the course.

Yes! 📸 Every CaliFlow Runs event includes a professional race photographer capturing your best moments from start to finish.

We take pride in offering free race-day photos for all participants — no watermarks, no hidden fees, just great memories. Our photographers are positioned along the course and at the finish line to catch every smile, stride, and high-five.

Because we use professional cameras (not phones), each event generates thousands of high-quality images that need to be sorted, formatted, and uploaded. This process typically takes about 24 hours after the race.

Once the photos are ready, you can find them on your event’s registration page or through our Linktree in bio, along with your results. We’ll also send an email notification once everything is live.

✨ Pro Tip: Wear your bib on the front and clearly visible — it helps our system tag your photos faster!

Yes! We love our four-legged runners. 🐾

Our races take place in dog-friendly parks and beaches, and our courses are open to the public—so dogs are absolutely welcome to join.

We’ll have:

• 💧 Water bowls on course and at the finish line
   
• Plenty of space for pups to stretch their legs
   
• A chill, welcoming vibe for both humans and hounds
   

Just make sure your pup is leashed, well-behaved, and ready for some coastal miles!

Yes, you're welcome to run with both!

• 🎧 Headphones are allowed, but please keep the volume low enough so you can hear voices and course instructions around you.
  Our courses are open to the public, and safety always comes first.
   
• 💧 Hydration packs, vests, and belts are welcome on course. Stay fueled, stay cool, and enjoy the miles your way!
   

Yes, absolutely!

You’re welcome to change your race distance before or even during the event. Just let a staff member know at bib pick-up or after you finish, and we’ll make sure your time and distance are properly recorded.

We want you to run what feels right—no pressure, just good vibes.
 

Yes! We’ve got you covered.

 All of our courses have 3 on course water station. We stock them with water, gatorade,  fruit snacks, sunscreen, first aid, and happy staff members
 

The first rule of Early Start is… you don’t talk about Early Start. 😉
But yes—we do offer it!

• 🕡 Early Start is available by request only
   
• To start early, simply reply to your race confirmation email and request a 6:30 AM start
   
• You'll get a generous 3 hours and 55 minutes to finish your Half Marathon
   

Important Notes:

• 🏆 Early starters are not eligible for age group or overall awards
   
• 🏃‍♀️ Early Start is for Half Marathoners only — no early starts for 5K or 10K
   

This option is perfect if you're looking for extra time, a quieter course, or just want to catch that sunrise solo.
 

⏱️ All of our races are professionally chip-timed using ChronoTrack, so your time starts the moment you cross the starting line.

🏁 Results are available on-site within 2 mins after you finish.

📲 They are automatically synced with Athlinks for easy tracking and lifetime stats.

🔗 A results + photos link is also emailed to you after the race.
