At CaliFlow Runs, our mission is to create affordable 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon race experiences that are inclusive, fun, and full of high-energy vibes. We’re passionate about empowering every runner—whether you're finishing your first 5K race, tackling a new 10K, or chasing a personal best at a local Half Marathon.
We believe in building community through movement, celebrating every stride, and making the joy of running events accessible to all runners. Our beginner-friendly races focus on connection, celebration, and creating unforgettable memories at every finish line.

Race Day Visuals with Nina Prommer
Our race day photography team is led by none other than Nina Prommer—a world-renowned running event photographer with a serious eye for magic (and medals).
When she's not directing the 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon photo experience at CaliFlow Runs, Nina is out in the wild teaching photography classes, capturing major events, and snapping A-list celebrities on red carpets. Oh—and if you hear a motorcycle pull up at our running events, that’s probably her on her Ducati (yep, she’s that cool).
Look for Nina along the course—she’ll be the one capturing your 5K race moments, 10K grit shots, Half Marathon finish line celebrations, and that medal-holding victory pose like a total pro.
