I didn’t start as a runner — I downloaded a Couch to 5K app just to see if I could finish. Crossing that first finish line changed everything, and soon I was running everything from 5Ks to 100-milers.
That passion led me to become an RRCA-certified coach, serve seven years as President of A Running Experience Club, and spend nearly a decade producing races across Southern California.
But I noticed a problem: big races were too expensive, and small races often lacked the energy runners deserved. I knew there had to be a better way — so I created CaliFlow Runs.
We bring the big-race energy without the big-race price tag — epic courses, free photos, themed medals, festival finish lines, and a community that feels like home.
